OAKAS is an AI-powered business assistant that helps solopreneurs and small businesses manage operations including email, calendar, invoicing, lead capture, appointment scheduling, and customer communication. The Service is delivered primarily through SMS text messaging, WhatsApp, and other supported channels.
All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

What you'll receive: Operational text messages related to your business assistant service, including appointment reminders, invoice notifications, lead alerts, follow-up messages, and AI-generated business communication summaries.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage of the Service. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on your business activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text and data plan.
Opt-out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message from OAKAS. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your subscription.

By subscribing to the Service and providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from OAKAS AI LLC at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase, but is required to receive SMS-based service features. Your phone number and consent data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
The Service is compatible with most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, process requests, and automate tasks. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any business communications, invoices, or actions taken by the assistant before they are finalized.
You retain ownership of all business data you create through the Service. Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages to third parties, or to misrepresent communications as being from a human when they are generated by AI in contexts where disclosure is legally required.
OAKAS AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed appointments, or errors in AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
